Spring Festival 2021

Poetry's Spring Festival was the event of the season this year! With two locations, Poetry Plaza & Camp Ground Church, the day was sure to be filled with fun for all ages. All proceeds from this celebratory day went to the Restore the Church Fund to finish renovations on the historic Camp Ground Church and Annex.

 

The events at Poetry Plaza included a farmers market, live local music, hay and train rides, a petting zoo, and delicious local BBQ!

At Camp Ground Church, festival-goers enjoyed a pancake breakfast as well as a flea market, bake sale, storytime, and live local music. Poetry's first Mayor and Council Members were sworn in by The Honorable District Judge Andrew Bench.

In total, $5,161.75 was raised and donated to the Restore the Church Fund!
